Have had them come out twice since my original Treatment 9 years ago. Retreated both times and replaced some Boards the second time. Wood has continual aged as if never treated at all. Now it is in such bad shape that new Insurance will not cover and electrical contractor will not work on structure due to safety concerns for other work I need done to my dock. is this place open? I have a 25 year guarantee and some of the deck boards are falling apart! No answer at 877-273-2511 or 417-235-4227. I will mail a copy of the receipt for the boards that I had to replace and hope that I get a response.
Chad Moore and his crew came to my house yesterday and sealed my deck. So far so good. The thing that prompts me to write the review is the three young men who came to my house were so respectful and nice to me, willing to answer my questions and told me what to do if I had any concerns or questions. If the product is as good and holds up as welll as these three young men's mannrs, I made a good buy
The only reason These people get a 1 star rating is that you can't give -stars. Over priced, doesn't work, and the sales people hide the fact that your decks will look like crap when they are done. The pretty pictures they show of what to expect are the result of sealing and finishing your deck on top of their so called permanent sealer. They also refuse to honor their warranty. BEWARE!! These guys are crocks in my opinion.
We paid $2,742.00 to have both of our desks sealed. It was to prevent mold, mildew and fungus to grow. BUT the mold, mildew and fungus keeps coming back every year and having to be cleaned!!! It was a waste of money if you have to clean the desks every year. I would give them a zero star if I could.
