Called them for some foundation repair work. Houston, their estimator was great, understood the concerns, provided a reasonable quote. The problem was communication, they ghosted me for months. I get it that you’re too busy for smaller jobs, but the least you can do it communicate properly and set reasonable expectations on timelines.

I had a really good experience over the phone to set up an appointment, and also with David as he came by to assess my place. He offered some good insights and helpful recommendations. I’d contact them again for any further concerns!

Had Seal-Rite come and repair crack in basement wall. Would recommend them, reliable, on time reasonable quote, employees great, clean up very good.

I watched a crew from this company work across the road from my house. The employees spent more time napping and sitting on their phones than they did working. They also put all of the mud on the front street where we park, which was totally fine initially but it has now been sitting there for over 2 full weeks. The city was notified last week, the homeowner was notified, I have tried calling the company & left a message with no response. Very unprofessional and wouldn't recommend based on this.
