They are a rip-off!! I paid for bearings to be replaced but still made noise took it to Les Schwab bolts were missing and they told me the bearings still needed to be replaced. I emailed and called seal pup and got no reply back.
Worst communication from a business I've ever dealt with! I'm serious, they told me they'd have a part in within 2 weeks and set an appointment. The first time, they called and let me know it wasn't going to be there on time for the appt. However, they did not tell me the part wasn't there and I dropped my car off. They waited two days to tell me that the part wasn't there and there was no progress on my car. Waste of time. Go somewhere else.
Excellent customer service with a great turn around on my vehicle. Mechanics are smart and know their stuff. Will be going back again soon! Thank you!!!!
