Not a fan. Would not be 1st or maybe even 2nd call. My usual seal source closed, so I was referred to seal jet by another person. Prices much higher than expected. Was told 1 day to get seal kits, came in 2 days later. I will admit the staff is courteous and knowledgeable, but that doesn't over come the shortfalls. Will be using Dayton seal and packing in the future.
They got me the O-Ring I needed, better cost than online.
