Very efficient staff. Had the bearings and clips in minutes. They knew exactly what was needed and had it in stock. Good prices too!
Absolutely stunning service. Rowan, the bearer of all seal knowledge, and his very good apprentice Dave were immensely helpful in tracking down some seals for an old bus door air ram from the ‘90s. I couldn’t recommend anyone better, after being thoroughly disappointed by B.L. shipway, who had horrible customer service, and no ability to track down what I needed. This will definitely be my go to shop for all things seals, the guys do not disappoint in the slightest.

Used Seal Innovations quite a bit but now going elsewhere. They don't return phone calls, say they have stock when they don't and didn't send an invoice copy for a purchase a week ago when their printer was down despite 2 requests. Customer service is rubbish. Had to send an employee on a 350km drive to another supplier to get the seals we should have got yesterday. Other supplier was a lot cheaper too!
