I have used this company few times but, my last experience 4 months a go was terrible I was told by hope i believe that was her name the owner was gonna contact me to address the issue but, it's been just about 5 months i haven't received a call. Now I am ready to clean my carpet again I am considering going to different company. It's really Disappointing they didn't seem to care to follow up.

Facing a dead furnace the day before a cold snap is never ideal. Called Seel based on a referral, Dan, the owner, contacted me directly, went through the various options because it's an older property. Next I heard from him was a text at 9 PM showing the new installation and a note about how they had to make a couple modifications to accommodate changing the filter.
