This place is not a reputable business. If they cause damage to your vehicle, they will lie and deny. They refuse to own their mistakes. As a former customer who had three different vehicles damaged by these people, I encourage you to save yourself the time, money and stress of dealing with them.
I'm surprised to see this business I've used for years have such low ratings and I'm assuming it's because of the car wash. The mechanics are awesome and the manager Collin is a great guy! He's helped me with many different vehicles we have owned and I highly recommend them. Honest and knowledgeable!
Collin has NEVER done is wrong and has ALWAYS taken care of us every time we have come to Lost Pines Car Wash! He's also always caught issues with our vehicles we weren't aware of and been able to fix them with no issue. He is extremely knowledged in everything he does X10, always works at roadrunner speed and keeps his work ethic and team on "tight ship" and "max professionalism" mode at all times. Paid $35 for basic wash. Windows and Rims still dirty. Had to go elsewhere to get another carwash.
