We have a very short boating season with lots of visitors here in Alaska. So when an unexpected engine part breaks, it can end the season relatively easily. So when my heat exchanger started mixing sea water and coolant just before July 4, I knew it could be catastrophic. I stopped into Seakamp on July 3rd to see if they might have an oil cooler for a Volvo Penta package. Chad at Seakamp took a look at it and said they didn't have one but said he'd try to get one made THE SAME DAY so I could go boating over the July 4th holiday. The new cooler was ready by 4pm that day and it was perfect. I had almost the exact same experience with them 20 years earlier. Fantastic customer service and a grateful customer!
