This is a team that works like a family (should). Laura is a very pleasant and professional dental assistant, who has a welcoming smile. Karla is an efficient, knowledgeable and helpful Hygienist who always knows what kind of music you like. Tina is the cheerful greeter at the front desk. I had tooth pain, called and they got me right in. Mind you, I’ve never been to their clinic before, but when I got there they made me feel at home. I was a bit nervous to be seen due to my anxiety but they made me feel comfortable and were so gentle.Told me step by step what they were going to do. I honestly was worried for no reason. I highly recommend them for all of your dental needs. They’ve gained a new patient today
These folks do great work. They take the time to make sure you are comfortable and understand exactly what is going on. Clear explanations of what is needed, and what can wait. No pressure.
Dr. Lam is highly experienced dentist with the latest technology available. I have had fillings, whitening and an Invisalign-like treatment from his office called CANDID PRO where monthly I send pictures of my teeth’s progress in the trays for Dr Lam to review. The staff know your name, put a blanket on you when you are getting your teeth cleaned and go beyond paste and floss and provide snacks and beverages. I highly recommend Seahurst Smiles as they have improved mine!
I've been a delighted patient at Seahurst Smiles for about 20 years now, initially to address a cracked tooth and since then for all my teeth cleanings and occasional more serious procedures. As someone who has feared dental visits going back to the '60s I always find genuine compassion from the caring staff here - Karla, Laura, and Tina, as well as the Doctor. Also, the practice has continually upgraded the equipment to the latest technology available.
