Horrible and inhumane. I came an hour early in severe dental pain because they advertise emergency services. I sat in the parking lot in agony, called after 30 minutes, and was first told they were fully booked. A few minutes later they told me to come in. As soon as the doctor saw me, he refused to treat me and suddenly claimed another patient had called. I’m a regular patient, and the whole experience felt unprofessional and biased. I left still in excruciating pain.

This is probably the best dentist I have ever seen. He was very nice and thorough. He spent time explaining everything to me and answering my questions. Most importantly he was very sensitive to my TMJ issues. It is typically torture for me to go to the dentist and hold my mouth open but he let me have a lot of breaks and didn't make me open my mouth super wide (which is what causes me the most pain). I took my two sons to Seahurst Park Dentistry in Burien, and we were warmly welcomed. The staff was friendly, and the doctor was easy to approach and very kind. He explained everything to me without rushing. Both the staff and the provider were very efficient — we were finished in about an hour and fifteen minutes. The clinic was clean and well-organized. This was our first appointment, and we plan to stay with Dr. Thomas.
