There were some serious issues with the plumbing on our property, with a root system having blocked a major part of the pipes draining our water. We had already had two other plumbers attended to this particular job who weren’t able to come through for various reasons. It was quite an epic job which required digging a trench, removing a meter+ of pipe, replacing that and refilling the trench again - all so the same problem doesn’t happen again quite a long time! This was the second time we’ve used Jon for our plumbing needs. He is super easy to communicate with, and was able to get our new bidet installed the day he came. We needed to get a new cistern and pipes, and he talked through the options and was able to get a great deal on exactly the type we needed. We will absolutely be using him going forward for our plumbing needs and highly recommend him to anyone looking for a great plumber!
