Been waiting 6 months for a minor surgery procedure and when I do get a call I miss it, due to working night shifts and being asleep during the day. When I have rang back after I woke up I was informed I would get a call back. A week then goes by with no call and when I ring again I am then told I am put back on the list and will have a call when there is availability.
