Rooms very clean however given that we booked for a couple, 2 chairs would have been nice.
Nice location and staff were helpful. Breakfast was basic Continental as the kitchen has been flood damaged. The main issue was the number of cockroaches that crawled out of the crevices of the kitchen and bathroom once the lights went out. Fumigation is needed, stat!
The rooms are perfect for families. Clean, tidy, spacious. What was disappointing is the fact that the bar opens from 4:30pm and there isn’t a cocktail menu and the restaurant wasn’t open for dinner. Breakfast was included however there wasn’t much to pick from. Fruits, yogurts, toast and pastries. Although the room was nice it wasn’t enough to book again.
Looks recently refurbished. Did a half job to spruce up the aging resort. Chef didn’t show up so no food. It’s in a bad location far from everything. The walls are paper thin facing the pool and the giant pool fountain runs all night long. Neighbor room decided to have a loud family KFC and beer party until 1:00am. No staff or service onsite after 6pm 100% do not recommend.
