Very disappointed in our stay July 22-July 29 2023 at beach baby on 653 Eastern Lake Road. I will preface this review to say that we stayed here in 2020 and didn’t have any issues other than it wasn’t cleaned well but that was fixed. If I could give zero stars I would. We were told when we picked up the keys there were two dehumidifiers in the home , now we know why. Upon arrival the house was clean but had a very strong mold / dead animal smell. I used Seagrove On The Beach Property Rentals for the first time this summer (will not be my last) and I must say it was a wonderful experience. I highly recommend them; everyone I came in contact with was warm and welcoming.
Candy was beyond helpful both times we've gone through Seagrove on the Beach property rental. She helped me save money on our second booking through them. Who doesn't love that? Everyone in the office was super friendly when we stopped in as well. I left a review through VRBO last year, but forgot Google. If y'all are looking at reviews to determine whether or not to book through them.... Do it.
