Just no. Firstly, good luck getting anyone on the phone or even to call you back. Then there are billing issues/fraud. I emptied my building on may 31st and informed them. Was charged the next day but it was immediately reversed which is fine because i thought i was done. Now its july and on the 8th i got charged again but no reversal. Called them on the 9th and finally got a call back after several attempts and was informed it would be taken care of. Here we are on the 12th with nothing done. Going with a three because we called to get prices, then it took 4 days to get ahold of them again to request a unit. She did mention they were only in the office on certain days so thats probably why it took a couple days to get ahold of her the second time. A meeting was set for the day after we talked to sign papers. After I found the meeting location across the road I was informed the person I needed to meet with was not in. Older facility that is maintained. Newer owners are friendly, professional and attentive to your needs. Compared to other non-climate control facilities in this area it's budget-friendly.
