Horrible service. Manager Cristen Farley has done nothing to help. Fire alarm has been going off for 3 hours. Blinds are broken. This is just upon arrival. No one within the whole operation is doing anything. There is no one local. No one within the company cares about your vacation. Every call we’ve made just gets pushed around. Mold on outside building, condos also smell like mold
Mr. Jim Fry was amazing and made sure we had everything we needed for the week! Our TV was shattered and he replaced it immediately. Thank you Vacasa and Mr. Jim for making our vacation great!
Stopped in to office to check if scheduled maintenance would be made before our guests arrive to our rental house. So far replacement of window blind has not been made.
