We purchased a new construction home from this builder, and while we appreciate that the warranty team responds to repair requests, the extreme frequency of mechanical and electrical failures points to serious gaps in construction quality control and trade management. 5 months in and the solar panels and battery still isn't activated, multiple follow ups later. The office doesn't give any updates and no one knows what theyre doing. All they care about is selling the house.
