Hired the venue down stairs and it was never cleaned properly, the electrical equipment has not been tested for 3 years, the fire extinguishers have not been tested for 3 years aswell bit disappointing that they aren't compliant
DO NOT BOOK WITH COSTELLO!!! These people could not even send out check in details until after we had to check out. We were forced to book at another property as we could not get into Costello property. We made multiple calls to their office which went unanswered. When we asked for a refund they lied and said they had sent the information. I had to threaten Small Claim Court to get any action. Over a month later we are still waiting on a refund.
Clean and comfortable and a great location. Good communication for self check in.
Arrived here, no bar, no restaurant, bathroom dirty, stains on carpet, no WiFi, absolutely awful, would not recommend this place to stay to anyone. Avoid
