I am currently in the process of building with Seagate. I too, am experiencing customer service issues, not with the sales person, but with the changing construction supervisors. The job site is filthy, the brand new interior walls have all kinds of marks and dings, the careless regard for the interior of this new home is very disappointing. I have documented every detail with dates and photographs, and hope that this has a positive conclusion.
