We moved in not too long ago, and honestly—from the first tour to getting our keys to settling in—I’ve been so impressed with this place. And a huge part of that is thanks to Nelley! She is truly amazing. She answers every question so quickly, takes care of any repairs right away, and somehow manages to do everything with the biggest smile. Living at Seagate was awesome and I sincerely miss it. While there isn't a ton of privacy (you can hear your neighbors a lot and I know they could hear us), the property management here is outstanding. They actually treat their residents with respect and care, unlike many other property management companies out there. And nothing beats those stunning ocean views! If I ever have the opportunity to live at Seagate again, I absolutely would. Thank you, Seagate staff, for being so wonderful!
10/10 Service. Saul came out right away and went above and beyond to make sure the work was throughly completed. The office staff is great too this is a great place to live!
As a current tenet, I appreciate that Nicholas in the office is personable, available and easy to talk to. He has helped with several issues in the last few years and I like the consistency. I recently discovered a water leak under the bathroom sink. Saul from the maintenance dept came out immediately, identified the leak and had it repaired in no time. He is efficient, professional, and completed it all while respecting me and my home. Thanks Saul! We appreciate your hard work.
