Any requests for maintenance have been addressed promptly and efficiently. Saul just did some work for us to fix minor plumbing issues. He did a great job and left it exactly as we expected. The customer service has always been responsive and excellent
The staff is phenomenal at Seagate! Nick went way above and beyond. He took care and time to find the unit I want. The other team members were amazingly helpful too (sorry I didn't remember everyone's name-will try to edit later). I interacted with each team member and they were all enthusiastic about helping and working for this community. That says A LOT about HGFenton company and how it doesn't just manage, but instead creates a TEAM! While we did not end up getting a condo in this community, we were shown the property by Nelley and she was absolutely wonderful! The community was very nice and we felt very welcome! If we had a slightly bigger budget we would’ve moved here no questions! Definitely recommend!
Great service team, super chill coastal community and amazing amenities. Apartments in tip top shape and they take care of everything here very well
