Be cautious renting here and if you stay here, be careful about any maintenance issues or black mold issues. The management attempted to manipulate an elderly woman and her family caring for her for 8 years as rental tenants. The first few years were good management, then the last three were hell ending in 2021. Great place for holidays. Lasrge pool with spa, bbq. Large rooms fully equipped, parking sport for each apartment, nice staff and friendly. Very close to local bus stop with public transport going to Cairns city. Close to locsl shopping centre with csfes, kebab house with the best kebab in Australia, close to locsl park weith skate ground, playground, lake. About 800 m to Trinity Beach. Very quirt place. Great yo bring your kids snd enjoy your life. I recommend this hotel for holidaymakers

great price, location, modern and quiet and very comfortable...DIRTY DISHES, no pillow cases on pillows, charge you if you don't take away rubbish and yet you are not provided bin liners, no tissues or shampoo / conditioner, not enough toilet paper, no hot water on arrival and the owner was slack at responding within the time he said he would, overall it was great place to stay
