Been a long term customer of Seafood Crate and now to be called a new name. Noticed the quality has gone down a lot. Not nit picking but the pic says it all, supposed to be 200 grams. Probably an oversight by staff but still… not cool if you even get a notion you are being short changed. Earlier, I used to get even sizes of fillets that I could present properly at dinner … you’ll see the pictures… probably need to make a salad out of these filets! Update year 2022: Year 2019, it was a very pleasant & impress experience for my first order in 2019, I was dealing with Baz, he even delivered my order himself in a short notice, not sure if he's still around. you can actually track the delivery & know exactly when the delivery arrives. Unfortunately, the delivery tracking is not longer available & that was then. Now the delivery only available on Tuesday & Friday. This company has the best seafood and is very reliable on delivering it as well. Very delicious, good quality and fresh. We definitely recommend this company.
The food is very fresh here. We've gotten food orders from Seafood crate a few times, and each time does not disappoint. A special thanks to Harshal where he was able to help accommodate our special requests to make the entire purchase / pick up that much better. There was a delay with traffic that caused us to get there later than the pick up hours, however Harshal stayed back to ensure he was around to help give us the food we ordered! Great service and really appreciated along with fresh tasting seafood!
I would give a negative star if possible. Disorganized staff and confusing location. NEVER attempt to go in person for any purchases.
