We usually stop in to get fresh fish and have never had an issue.... until this afternoon. My wife took two pompano to the counter to have them cleaned and cut. The man at the counter (non Filipino) took the fish from my wife in a bored manner and gave them to the cutter. 15 minutes later the fish were brought back cleaned but not cut.
