Amazing products and excellent customer service. I spoke to the operations manager and she is very knowledgeable and gave amazing tips on how to use the different products. Very happy with the products and how they feel with minimal to no scent. Definitely my new go to skin care line.
I had a very uncomfortable experience at this shop. Poor return policy. They should at-least accept the sealed returns. I cannot recommend shopping here.
I have no choice but to remove the five‑star review I left last summer. Their customer service did not live up to expectations.. We first tried their products during a trip to Vancouver Island in August and liked them enough to repurchase during the Black Friday sale. That trust was completely misplaced.
