There should be an option for zero stars. Their warranty is a blatant lie. First of all we bought a brand new pump from them that lasted 5 weeks before kicking the bucket. Second, we called their customer support phone number and had to leave a voicemail. Its been a week and we still havent gotten a call back - these people should be shut down for fraud
