Something happened back in December when the company changed hands. We had been a loyal customer for years we saw most of the vets that worked there. They were mostly kind and helpful but in January things changed they got rid of most of their staff and then hired new front desk staff. The vibe has def changed. Last time we were there, they were too busy shooting Tik Tok videos and having fun laughing between themselves while I was waiting.
