Seadrill is a owner of fleet containing Jackup Rigs, Semisubs and Drillships drilling across the globe.
Worked here for over 9 years, you become a family on the rig but it has it's flaws of being passed over for promotions a bunch of times if your a safe hard worker, my guess they rather have you stay put and not have to worry about any problems so they can keep their safety record. I have seen plenty of times a person sleeping, being lazy, hiding out or got hurt on the job and then moved up into a spot in which I or others that has been there was trying togo.
