I’ve received assistance from Tim in the Tech Support team on multiple occasions, both remotely and in person at the office, regarding CCTV and intercom installations and troubleshooting. Each time, I’ve been genuinely impressed by his friendly, proactive, and professional approach, and his consistent willingness to go above and beyond to help. You’re a legend, Tim!
Great customer service
Staff were very arrogant and rude. Tech support was clueless and they only have the one guy who is over worked. Couldn’t get the support so went else where and the new supplier has 3X more staff in tech support
