This has got to be the absolute worst restaurant experience I have had in my entire life. Waiting half hour for a menu and then over a hour for food for table of 2. Took a table of 5 order 15 minutes before mine and they got their order first. Still didn’t get my order I left.
For being in a 4 star hotel this restaurant was extremely underwhelming, borderline inedible. The worst restaurant (dinner) experience on our vacation. We picked this for convenience because we were staying at the hotel but I would warn future guests stay away from here. Overpriced, terrible taste, rubbery and little seasoning and they tack on a 15% gratuity for small parties. I will say that the server was nice though.
Beware! You might end up double tipping as a 15% service fee is automatically added to your bill. Food is also below average.
Everything on the menu is great and the portions are huge!!!
