I have been coming to this centre for years. The Doctors are incredible, nursing staff are incredible; however the reception staff are unhelpful, unkind and lack basic interpersonal skills. Understandably they are dealing with many patients a day, however the lack of empathy and abrupt nature in which they have towards people is unacceptable. My Husband and I paid a visit to Seacrest Medical Centre today for the first time. We were seen by Dr Rudi Sheth who we can highly recommend When entering this Practice we were greeted by friendly Reception Staff and only had a short wait to see the Doctor Overall we are very happy with everything and will be returning
This clinic is amazing. Amanda Ashley is so knowledgeable and kind, I always feel heard when I see her. She explains everything clearly in assessment and planning. Just recently I had to move around my appointment with GP and nurse several times. The reception staff were happy to help and never made me feel like a nuisance for needing to reschedule. Can’t rate this practise higher.
