Disappointed and frustrated that Dr Claydon failed to forward a referral even though he assured me it would be done the same day. Have made the decision to change doctors.
Dr Kate Denning is the most incredible doctor, you won’t find anyone more friendly, compassionate, supportive, thorough, efficient and knowledgeable! The admin staff are incredibly kind and lovely too, I’ve only ever had positive experiences there.
I have been coming to this centre for years. The Doctors are incredible, nursing staff are incredible; however the reception staff are unhelpful, unkind and lack basic interpersonal skills. Understandably they are dealing with many patients a day, however the lack of empathy and abrupt nature in which they have towards people is unacceptable. My Husband and I paid a visit to Seacrest Medical Centre today for the first time. We were seen by Dr Rudi Sheth who we can highly recommend When entering this Practice we were greeted by friendly Reception Staff and only had a short wait to see the Doctor Overall we are very happy with everything and will be returning
