Excellent customer service from drop off to pickup for my vehicles service. Attention to detail and going the extra mile are hallmarks of this garage. Will recommend our fleet vehicles in the area come to Seacott for their services. 5*
If I can choose less than 1 star ⭐ i will do it , avoid this people, very rude, very arrogant, very disrespectful, Been booked with darick i think he is the (owner) at 8 clock morning so I take day off from my work to go with my car to his garage And when he saw me at 8 clock morning he said very rudely I’m not gonna fix your car , for NO reason I explain to him about the booking made with him 4 days a go but no way he said I’m not going to fix your car Not recommend to anyone
Avoid Seacott at all costs. I was charged £370 to fix my handbrake and fit new brake pads. I was told I didn’t need a new caliper. Less than two weeks later, the handbrake failed again and I had to call out the AA. When I phoned Seacott they said the repair was under warranty and to bring the car back in. Once I did, they suddenly claimed the caliper was wrong for my car and wanted another £440 — something they either missed or ignored the first time. Great service and reasonable prices. Have been taking our cars here for years. Wouldn't go anywhere else.
Took my citroen to Seacott's to have the wet belt replaced. Very impressed from start to finish, quote was very reasonable (had about 8 in total) got us booked in for the next available date and carried out the work in the time frame he had said. Would highly recommend and will definitely use again for amy future issues
