Always a good experience
I dropped off my vehicle the night before the schedule work which was very convenient. When the vehicle was ready the next day, they sent a courtesy vehicle to come pick me up. I was in and out of service within minutes with my car all set to go. Very easy!

Portsmouth Volkswagen has an excellent service dept. The waiting area is very clean, comfortable and I enjoy the quiet relaxing atmosphere. WiFi and snacks and drinks, are also a bonus. Occasionally, when a more lengthy visit is necessary, I accept their offer of a courtesy ride directly to my home (25 mins away) and a return trip upon completion of my cars service.
