Great central station with excellent service. Long ongoing relationship between my Security company *** theirs
Worst customer service in the world. For instance, a battery is low on the main computer, so they called before 8:00am on Saturday, on both our landline and cell phone, the latter of which call I picked up. Duly noted, battery is low, thanks for your call, I will look into it when I have a chance. Monday morning, calls begin at 8:00am, a total of four by noon.
