Bad customer service, incompetent service techs, snotty employees and failure to take accountability for their screw ups!
They are crooks and do horrible work! They send bills for service that they were suppose to do, but didn’t. They lie about the service that claim to have done, but didn’t. This past year I ordered replacement fabric for my awning, which turned into a nightmare. They sent me a picture of the fabric awning that was ordered according to the color and I had to prepay for it. When the replacement fabric was installed, I discovered that it was the wrong color(it was supposed to be a sand color and it was a puke brown color). I imm... read more
