I received one bill from them and then got mailings from a collection agency. When I sent money to the collection agency they never put the money toward my balance. I have always had a great experience at Woman's Life but their billing services need to be revisited.
They don’t bill your insurance and put you in collections for $34.00 It’s ridiculous .
I had an ultrasound done in October. Mass General Bringham charged me over $400.00 and I just received a bill from a collection agency for Seacoast Radiology PA ; however, I have never received a bill from this office. They clearly have my information but couldn't be bothered to send a bill. I had asked when I showed up for my appointment is there any charge for today, "don't worry we will bill you". Service at the facility was good and definitely one of the better MRI services I have had. Unfortunately, I have also been a victim of the billing issues that others have experienced and has completely soured my overall experience. First of all, paperless billing is not an option - you can pay online but only after receiving a paper invoice with the account number and access key for only that specific invoice. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY!! Like all the other reviews, I never received a bill from them. I paid over $1K for my mammogram and was told my bill was paid in full. These people charge separately and don't send bills. They sent me to collections while I was in the middle of refinancing my home. Will report to BBB.
