Worst care in all my dealings with pulmonary issues ever. If there was a minus star rating, that would be too good a review. I was referred to this office 5 months ago, my condition has never been treated, have been over charged on my co-pay visits, have had 4 appointments since my initial visit, and each one was to speak with my pulmonary specialist about how the insurance company and the people within McCleod ( office personnel) haven't figured out how to get "permission/ clearance", or authorization to administer a medica... read more
