My challenge came when we checked in and had the following issues with the house which was far below our 7 days/ 5 bedroom $14,000 rental expectations. 1. Broken ice maker 2. One towel per person for a 7 day stay 3. Several light bulbs burnt out in dining room 4. Small charcoal grill ( although gas grill was mentioned in lease) 5. Bravo to our agent, Larysa Trafas, who helped us a great deal. She welcomed us with an array of gifts and was always available by phone or text. We had a few problems with the rental, but they were all addressed in a timely manner. The central AC was not working, and she did everything she could to remedy it, even sending over her own AC window unit. The AC repair guy came over late that same night. And all was well. She made all the difference in the world. We will consider renting from Seacoast again because of her.
I worked with Layresa through Seacoast Properties regarding vacation properties and rental properties. Seacoast Properties provided a very high level of customer service and assistance at an extremely professional level. I highly recommend this company; you will be in good hands, and immensely satisfied with your realestate experience.
