This was my second visit and I have to say that the doctor, the nurse practitioner and the front office are the nicest people I’ve ever met at a doctors office
Dr Rickets and staff are amazing i’m fortunate to have found this office for my care everyone goes above and beyond expectations
The staff is great! Overall pays attention to detail with so much patience. Moved to Port Saint Lucie 5 years ago and Dr.Ricketts has been nothing but amazing. She' the best!
We have been going to see Dr. Ricketts for several years now and love it. The staff is always friendly and efficient. The office is beautiful and extremely clean. Texting has been the best and fastest method for us to get our scripts, apts scheduled, and quick questions answered. We understand that the staff is on the phone with other patients, hospitals etc and NOT ignoring our requests. Communications thru their preferred method of liason, texting, is absolutely horrendous! You can have the best doctors in the world, however, are worthless if you can't get thru to them. Maybe someone will see this and address the lame excuses I am given repeatedly from the front office. Fed up.
