Man, this gym is awesome! Tons of equipment and classes to choose from, plus the trainers are really motivating. I’ve seen great results since I joined!

Honestly, hearing coaches and even the owner make comments about someone “smelling” was really degrading. It’s a gym.. people sweat, that’s the whole point. If they’re comfortable talking down about someone for that, it makes you wonder what else they’re saying behind people’s backs. It didn’t feel welcoming at all. I wouldn’t recommend a place that claims to be for everyone but clearly only supports the people they actually like.
The classes and incredibly kind leadership are above and beyond anywhere I've ever been. There's incredible expertise in both Kettlebell and Boxing classes and all teachers have amazing personalities. I also met people immediately that had been doing these classes for over 16yrs! Quite impressive. Ownership is also top notch and deeply involved in everything. True mastery. Refreshing to see!
