Very awful he decreased my meds that I have taken 20 years didn't listen to me or my family, I felt so belittled crying having a break down and he asked me if I needed to go to the hospital, very arrogant and and he should not be in his profession
I'll start with the good and the only reason this is more than 1 star. The front staff are so incredibly sweet and helpful. Absolutely darling and so polite! Very responsive and help you get done whatever you need. Now the bad...the actual one and only doctor in the office. I get if you have a lot of patients, some things may slip your mind. I very much value the friendly staff, comfortable facility, and ease of appointment access. Getting an appointment is easy and there are flexible options to meet my scheduling needs. The patient portal is convenient to share confidential information, yet, isn't required routine communications, appointments, follow-up, etc. Payments and billing has been seamless. Thank you, Dr. Miller and team for removing so many of the barriers often associated with access to such services. Very grateful....
