I am very pleased with Koch Eye in Wakefield. From cataract surgery to follow-up with two of the best opticians in the area. I left another local practice due to long waits and went to Koch based on several recommendations from others. What a difference. The wait time to see an Optometrist is very short. The surgeries are done in RI and the Opticians on staff are most professional and capable. Dot Silva and Hailey Hicks are the best Opticians I have ever been treated by. The girl on the phone was in a hurry, kept repeating herself and to talk to me like I was a child. I am a 72-year-old woman and I am very well educated! Very demeaning I will not go there.
I am new to this state and am delighted to have found this practice. Dr. Fantoni and her nurse were excellent. I felt very reassured when Dr. Fantoni took a look at my records and knew right away what the issue was. The icing on the cake was working with Hailey Hicks in the optical department. She researched my options with needing yet another set of new glasses in a few months to figure out the best plan financially for me.
