I am new to this state and am delighted to have found this practice. Dr. Fantoni and her nurse were excellent. I felt very reassured when Dr. Fantoni took a look at my records and knew right away what the issue was. The icing on the cake was working with Hailey Hicks in the optical department. She researched my options with needing yet another set of new glasses in a few months to figure out the best plan financially for me. My appointment was cancelled due to the blizzard. Understandable. Telling me that the next available appointment isn't till May.... UNACCEPTABLE . Clearly you don't need me as a patient. I am a working man and not available until after 3pm. I'll probably struggle to find another eye Dr but, oh well.
