My wife and I drove 60 miles to this bike store because they sold the kind of bikes that we wanted. Brian and CRAIG spent a lot of time with us. They went over and beyond and they even went to their warehouse to find us two brand new bicycles and stayed late and had their mechanics stay late so we could be properly fitted and the bike could be properly tuned up. I have a Catrike Max, a tadpole trike. Was trying to navigate a trail while on vacation from Massachusetts. My chain idler popped off. I recovered it, called Seacoast and arranged to bring the trike in this morning. 2 hours later, good as new! Everyone was pleasant and helpful. Highly recommend!
Very responsive and honest team! They did not want to promise they could install the kit on the day of bike purchase but they got it done… We picked the shop because they had the most XL bikes in-store. Definitely worth the 4hr round trip from Hanover. The XL is so much better for my 6’4” frame/posture. I could have picked the pre-built L but I felt so much better after my first ride that evening.
The team at Seacoast EBikes made me feel comfortable and confident with my first EBike purchase in my 50's. My husband was so happy with his experience there that he sent me a few days later!
