My experience with these shop was outstanding, I just relocated to NH for work and needed servicing on 2 bikes, mainly brakes and new rear tires. I was able to drop off on the same day I called and the work was done within 3 days. They were attentive and I loved that they text you as soon as the bike is ready. While there I browsed their selection of new and Preowned e-bikes. WOW! What a great bike shop. More e-bikes in one place than I have ever seen. We purchased two Tern NBDs, great salespeople and good prices. We received a discount off everything we purchased. Had a wonderful time talking to Brian in the service department. Liz was treat!

These guys are amazing. The take their time and explain things well. They actually let me take an item out to my car to see if it would work. And the best part of Al…there’s no sales pressure.
We purchased our two Velotric bikes from Seacoast. It was a great experience and would highly recommend purchasing from them vs online. We had a problem with one of our brakes (our fault) a few days before we were headed on a biking trip. They fit us in and got our bike fixed that day. We couldn’t have been more thankful. We highly recommend them.
