Bought a Specialized Turbo Vado and had it shipped to me because the price was right compared to some of the local places. Minor issues came up after receiving the bike which were dealt with by Seacoast immediately and a resolution was reached to everyone's satisfaction. It's not weather someone will make a mistake, we all do, it's what happens after that matters and Seacoast stands behind everything they do with the very best of them. Top notch service without fail, that's what you're really buying from Seacoast.
Purchased a new Specialized Turbo Tero X 6.0. very smooth transaction, excellent communication and follow up with order status and shipping. They were kind enough to send me a gift card which I have since ordered parts to outfit my bike. The parts department experience was the same as the purchase of the bike - excellent! I can’t thank Don, Brian & Nate enough as they have been great to work with. I will definitely work with Seacoast again and recommend them to anyone interested in a great E Bike experience.
