Dropped 2 e-bikes off for a tuneup after having them for a year, they were done and ready for me the following day. Great job, bikes are in great shape. Brakes were suggested, but we declined and after using them moderately for only a year, we think we we’ll be fine for another year. The staff was very helpful, very knowledgeable. I will definitely use them again.
Picked up my certified used Pedego e-bike today and just came back from a 15 mile ride. Just love it. I am so excited. I know it is going to help me stay active and continue distance riding as I age. Craig was so helpful the multiple times I came in checking out bikes as I was learning all about the differences in the bikes so I could figure out what I wanted.

Great experience here. Thorough communication. They were happy to price match a bike for me and are including a free tune up. You can't get this personalized service when buying online. Always shop local. Nate and Craig were so kind throughout the process and made it as easy as possible for me to complete the sale remotely. Great customer service. Super accommodating for pick up. Will definitely buy from them again.
