Dropped in this morning for a Saturday class and felt super welcomed and included by the crew! The owner coached and she was helpful in explaining the workout and stimulus, and the gym was clean and organized
As a visitor in town for a beach vacation, SeaCoast was amazing for drop ins! Reasonable rates, amazing facility, great coaching, and friendly community. Highly recommend!

Did a couple of Drop-ins at Seacoast CrossFit while visiting relatives in Leland, NC. Perfect experience all around. Did the 6:30 a.m. class with owner/coach Jen. Great instruction and programming. Friendly, welcoming vibe from the members. Scaling options clearly reviewed and explained for all ability levels. Well maintained equipment. And the goodest gym dog. This is what a great CrossFit box should be. Hope I am back one day. Thanks!
