Very disappointing experience. Customer service is poor, phone calls go unanswered, and it’s extremely difficult to reach anyone. In my opinion, the prices are outrageous, especially considering the level of service. I expect a cabinet store to provide professional service and basic communication. Based on my experience, I would strongly recommend staying away from this business and finding a company that respects its customers.
Jack and his team at Seacoast Cabinets did an excellent job. I am so glad that my general contractor used them. The cabinets were beautifully designed and manufactured by them by hand. They were delivered on time and on budget. No issues with bad measurements or anything like that. They stand behind their work and respond quickly to issues, even years later. I would recommend them to anyone wanting custom cabinets in the Southern California area.
