Branch was awesome. Darn shame the call center is full of liars. After the second lie in four days, I had to close my account.

Just requested a small loan for start up Company, with personal guarantees from owners. Was declined. First time in my life that’s happened. I would suggest Wells Fargo instead. They’ve been excellent for such purposes.
I LOVE this bank and the people who work at this location in particular. Zashi has been an incredible asset and I'm grateful to have both business and personal accounts with such a mindful bank.
