Seacoast Athletics is the best gym!! The trainers are amazing—knowledgeable, supportive, and always pushing you to be your best. The community is just as great—welcoming, motivating, and full of good energy.
This gym has been one of the biggest blessings of our year! 5 of the 7 of us joined and we all made great gains and learned so much about lifting and conditioning while enjoying the large group environment. Simply put, I’m so grateful to have found Seacoast Athletics- The perfect balance of strength and conditioning. I truly look forward to going every time! The workouts are thoughtfully planned and I’m making amazing progress with strength training while also feeling safe and learning proper technique. The coaches are extremely knowledgeable and motivating. Everything you could want in a gym and more. Can’t recommend it enough!
I came to SA 6 months postpartum and feeling like I’d never feel confident in my body after having 3 kids. 1 year later and I’m healthier and stronger (mentally and physically) than I’ve ever been. All of the coaches and people are so welcoming and made me want to keep coming back. 100% recommend to anyone, of any fitness level who just wants to feel good.
