My mother moved into this facility on April 15 and sadly passed away on April 30. She was there for just 15 days! I found a voice recording she had accidentally taken on her phone, her breathing was so loud, raspy, and wheezy that she should have been immediately transported to the hospital. My brother was informed of our mother’s death via a voicemail! A voicemail! They have absolutely no proper procedures in place to deal with the death of one of their residents.
