After multiple meetings with contractors and several estimates we hired Don Merritt, the owner of Seaco Construction, to do a major renovation on our home. The reno included gutting the downstairs, removing two load bearing walls, raising the ceiling 5 feet, and a totally new kitchen. From start to finish he was responsive and professional. Seaco requested 20 loads of fill dirt and it was delivered as ordered and the customer never paid for the material. A lien was placed on the property and Seaco never paid for it. So a very small company was out of pocket for the material, hours and work put into their request. Very disappointing

Seaco Construction fully renovated my kitchen, including decreasing the size of a window to make the floorplan flow more smoothly. The quality of the materials (soft close white shaker cabinets) and work were exceptional. Don and his team completed the work quickly and with attention to detail. I will absolutely use Seaco again in the future for cabinet and all contracting needs!
