This is an assistant living housing and they currently going thru renovations that has been dragging on for a couple of years now. Things are looking much better than before, but I have to question few things. They've put in new windows because the old ones were drafty and leaking. But they have closed them shut, only one window can be opened a bit, not fully. This is ridiculous, no fresh air coming in. The vent system hasn't been touched I think since the buildings were built.
