Seabrook Vacation Rentals is not trustworthy. I entered into a rental contract for a home for a 3 generation family vacation. We wanted a home with a certain layout in a relaxed setting for our beach getaway. Several professionals in our group looking forward to a peaceful getaway and we had our pup and a toddler in the group. Cool place
Showed up at 9pm in the pouring rain, door code didn't work, had to get ahold of a "safety officer" to get in and the rental was freezing. Woke up, no coffee (reservation staff says this is standard here now). The hot tub cover was damaged and water logged; I almost couldn't get it back on the tub alone after we got it off. There were also broken parts floating around in the tub itself. We found a soaking wet blanket in the washing machine when we went to do laundry and were provided with one single use package of detergent.... read more
